Tenvik vs GoHighLevel: different jobs, often run together

Figures checked 30 August 2026 · we build Tenvik, so check them yourself

GoHighLevel and Tenvik are usually not competing for the same budget line. GoHighLevel is a marketing and CRM operating system for agencies — funnels, websites, pipelines and client sub-accounts, at $297/mo (Unlimited) and $497/mo (SaaS Pro), plus its own workflow builder triggered off CRM events. Tenvik is a control plane for running an isolated n8n instance per client, at $39-249/mo, with no CRM, pipeline or website builder at all.

A number of agencies in our research already run both: GHL as the client-facing system for leads, pipelines and communication, with n8n behind it handling automation logic GHL's native builder can't express, or that needs to reach systems outside the GHL ecosystem. This page compares them on that basis, not as substitutes.

These aren't priced against each other because they aren't sold for the same job. GHL's agency tiers ($297 Unlimited / $497 SaaS Pro) buy CRM, funnels, websites and sub-accounts. Several agencies run both at once. Figures checked 2026-08-27.

What GoHighLevel does well

  • ·Full CRM, pipeline and funnel/website builder in one login — nothing to integrate, it's native
  • ·A mature sub-account model: white-label mobile app, client billing and SaaS-resale motion refined over years
  • ·A large marketplace of snapshots, templates and community support specific to agency use cases
  • ·Handles the client-facing layer — calls, texts, forms, booking — that Tenvik has no ambition to touch

When you should pick GoHighLevel

  • You need a CRM, pipeline or funnel/website builder for your clients — that's GHL's core product, not something Tenvik does
  • Your clients' automations mostly trigger off CRM events rather than reaching arbitrary external systems
  • You want one login handling marketing, sales pipeline and light automation, without adding a second tool
  • You want a mature SaaS-resale motion — billing clients through your own branded app — already built and battle-tested
  • Your automation needs fit inside GHL's built-in workflow builder and you've never hit its ceiling

When Tenvik is the better fit

  • ·Your bottleneck is backend orchestration — connecting systems, moving data, logic that isn't CRM-triggered
  • ·You already run GHL and need a real automation engine behind it that its native builder can't express
  • ·You want to fix one automation and push it to every client instance without touching each setup
  • ·You want the automation layer on infrastructure you control, separate from your CRM vendor

Questions people ask

Should I switch from GoHighLevel to Tenvik?

Probably not, if GHL already covers your CRM, marketing and funnel needs — Tenvik doesn't do any of that. The real question is whether GHL's built-in workflow builder covers your automation needs. If you're building webhook workarounds out of GHL into other tools, that's the gap Tenvik fills.

Can Tenvik connect to GoHighLevel?

Yes. n8n has HTTP and webhook paths to trigger from GHL events and write back into it, so a dock can sit behind GHL as the automation layer. That pairing is the most common setup we've seen among agencies running both.

Does Tenvik have anything like GHL's sub-accounts?

Conceptually yes — a dock is an isolated n8n instance per client, the automation-layer equivalent. It doesn't include CRM, pipelines or a client-facing app; it's scoped to automation only.
