Figures checked 30 August 2026 · we build Tenvik, so check them yourself
If you're running n8n workflows for more than one client, the question isn't whether n8n is good — it's what sits around it: isolation between clients, a credential vault, white-label branding, client billing, and a way to push a fix to every instance without redoing it eight times. n8n itself doesn't ship any of that. Everything on this list is really a different answer to what wraps around n8n (or replaces it) for a multi-client operation.
We build Tenvik, which is on this list, so read our row with that in mind. We've tried to describe every option — including the ones we don't sell — the way an operator evaluating them would, not the way a vendor would.
Prices were checked against each vendor's live pricing page in late August 2026 and change often — verify before quoting a client. Tenvik pricing is current as of this page's update date.
Self-hosting is free for internal, single-tenant use. Reselling hosted access to others is a licensing question, not an infrastructure one — n8n's terms distinguish running it for yourself from running it as a service for paying clients, and those terms have changed before.
Team ($166/mo) gives isolated projects per client but no branding. White-label sits in Ultimate (custom) or Embed ($36,000/yr minimum) — budget for that jump if branding is a requirement.
Metered tools charge for what runs, so a quiet client costs less and a busy one costs more — good if usage is genuinely uneven, hard to quote a fixed number against. Client-count pricing charges for who you serve, which forecasts cleanly but doesn't reward light usage.
