The Client Automation Audit
25checks, five minutes, no email. Tick the ones that are already true. What you leave unticked is the honest answer to “what breaks at my next client?”
These are not best practices invented for a checklist. Each one comes from a failure an agency operator described publicly — in r/n8n, r/gohighlevel and r/AI_Agents — while explaining what went wrong for them. We read 200+ of those threads before building anything, and the same five categories kept coming back.
It is worth saying plainly: we are building a product in this space, so we are not neutral about the conclusion. The checks are useful whether or not you ever buy anything, and there is nothing to sign up for to use them.

Isolation & blast radius
0/5The question is not whether something will go wrong. It is how many clients find out when it does.
Credentials
0/5Everyone knows this one is a problem. Almost nobody has time to fix it before it matters.
Monitoring — the absence problem
0/5Error alerts catch crashes. The expensive failures never throw anything at all.
Onboarding & the marginal client
0/5If every new client costs the same as the last one, revenue and workload rise together and the business never gets easier.
Commercial & licensing
0/5The cheapest problem to fix early, and the most expensive one to discover late.
